Shoulder Pain Management

Shoulder pain is a common condition that can result from rotator cuff injuries, arthritis, bursitis, or nerve irritation. Most patients can benefit from conservative management, including physical therapy, activity modification, and anti-inflammatory measures, which help restore mobility, strength, and function. Our team focuses on identifying the underlying cause and developing a personalized treatment plan to optimize recovery.

Some patients may benefit from targeted procedures such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, subacromial injections for bursitis and inflammation, or intra-articular shoulder injections to reduce pain and improve joint movement. In more persistent cases, suprascapular nerve blocks or radiofrequency ablation (RFA) may be performed to interrupt pain signals and provide longer-lasting relief.

These interventional treatments can significantly reduce chronic shoulder pain, enhance range of motion, and improve overall quality of life. Additionally, suprascapular and supraspinatus peripheral nerve stimulators may offer meaningful relief for patients experiencing ongoing pain after shoulder surgery.

Our goal is to help you move comfortably again through precise diagnosis and advanced, evidence-based pain management.
