Dr. Hashem Zokary is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine, with fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management. He is the Founder and Program Director of Michigan Pain & NeuroSpine, PLLC, where he leads the development of advanced, patient-centered pain and neurorehabilitation services.
He completed his residency at Wayne State University and Beaumont Hospital (Corewell Health), followed by fellowships in Brain Injury Medicine at Beaumont/Corewell Health and Interventional Pain Management at the Dayton Outpatient Center.
Dr. Zokary practiced in Dayton, Ohio, for several years and has extensive expertise in fluoroscopic- and ultrasound-guided procedures, as well as superficial vein ablation. His clinical focus includes minimally invasive spine interventions, neuromodulation, and comprehensive interventional pain management. He is known for his patient-centered approach, combining innovation, precision, and compassion to achieve optimal outcomes.
Dr. Zokary has over 16 years of research experience and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Wayne State University and has participated in multiple research projects at Wayne State University and Beaumont Hospitals. He also served as a Clinical Research Investigator at the META Medical Research Institute, contributing to the advancement of evidence-based therapies in pain management and neurorehabilitation.
